This is Sweden's number one destination spot. Creating this ice hotel each winter uses 10,000 tons of clear river ice plus 30,000 tons of snow. The ice hotel has an ice sauna and an ice chapel. There are 60 rooms in the ice hotel. A one night stay for two people is around $200, but that doesn't include your food. Guests sleep in special sleeping bags on beds made of snow and ice that are covered with reindeer skins. In the morning, they are brought a hot drink. Warm clothing is provided, and some "warm accommodations" are available too. The season for Sweden's ice hotel lasts from early December to Late April, which it all depends on the weather.
