Their medical system is among the best in the world because they have removed the cost from the consumer by their tax system.
Traditional swedish clothing is usually only worn for special occasions and events. Traditional wear for women would be dresses with aprons over them. For men, it's knee length pants, and button down shirts. Normal daily wear is the same as what we wear, jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts and sneakers.
